Celebrate the rebirth of spring by planting your roots, growing tall, and blooming with the Great Yoga Wall®. In this intimate workshop, you will explore unique ways to get grounded and lengthen the spine in standing poses, forward bends, backbends, and inversions. You also will discover how to use the mind to manifest greater expansion in the spine, creating the freedom to blossom in your practice and your life.
