In this intimate workshop, you will experience fun ways to elongate the spine, create stability in the core, and keep your low back feeling strong and happy. You also will discover just how physical and mental stress affect lower back health, what you can do about it, and if all else fails, how to get out of spasm. You will spend plenty of time warming up before moving to a variety of poses to lengthen, strengthen, and rejuvenate the low back. You’ll cool down in a way that helps you savor what you’ve created with your practice and time with the rope wall.
