Experience the calm invigoration that comes from opening the hips in seated postures, twists and forward bends with the help of the rope wall. In this intimate workshop, you will discover unique ways to lengthen the spine, create stability in the core and foster mobility in the hips. We will explore how to release the thinking that causes these areas to constrict. You will spend plenty of time warming up so you can sit, twist and bend in new and extraordinary ways. You’ll cool down in a way that helps you enjoy what you’ve created with your practice and time with the rope wall.
