Take the stress out of your holiday plans with a Yoga Nidra Class! Yoga Nidra is a practice that calms the mind and body so that a deep state of rest and spacious awareness is experienced. Eileen Friars will lead this class with gentle movement, guided breathing and relaxation using specific Yoga Nidra techniques. Once the activity of the mind is suspended, a state of deep inner consciousness can be reached. These classes are free but donations to the studio will be accepted.
