Yoga Nidra is a practice that calms the mind and body so that a deep state of rest and spacious awareness is experienced. Your teacher will lead this class with gentle movement, guided breathing and relaxation using specific Yoga Nidra techniques. Once the activity of the mind is suspended, a state of deep inner consciousness can be reached.

This class is for free, but we accept donations of $10 or more.
